Delete your Kukur account and data

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Kukur and go to the Me tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete my account and data.
3. Tap Delete to confirm. It happens straight away.

Without the app

Email us at sendkamal@gmail.com with your display name or the email you used. We delete your account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account, display name and volunteer email
• Your offer-help registration (name, phone, email, area)
• Your pet posts, likes, confirmations and feedback

What stays

Dog photos and places you added stay in the street-dog count, but they are no longer linked to you in any way. If you want specific photos removed too, say so in your email.
